CANCELLATION
Old Town Café starts preparing your order immediately after your order has been confirmed and we accept your payment. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with Old Town Café.
EXCHANGE
If you would like to substitute an order before it is received, please do so within 15 minutes of your order confirmation. *
RETURN
If you receive food that does not match your order, we humbly apologize. Please let us know that we may quickly resolve this matter. **
* You will be asked to pay the difference in price if the substitute costs more than the original item requested in your order. You will receive the difference in price for the substitute if the item costs less than the original item requested. We may offer you a store credit depending on your payment method.
